Prior to co-founding UpFinity Consulting, Kevin held executive leadership positions in commercial finance and education funding, including senior roles focused on charter school financing, institutional lending, and corporate development. His client-first approach, deep industry knowledge, and commitment to delivering customized financial solutions have made him a trusted advisor to business owners nationwide.

Mark Bustamonte is the Co-Founder of UpFinity Consulting LLC, helping businesses grow through digital marketing, business funding strategies, automation, and lead generation. With decades of experience in finance, technology, and marketing, he specializes in helping entrepreneurs increase visibility, generate qualified leads, and build scalable growth systems.
Before co-founding UpFinity Consulting, Mark was a successful residential mortgage broker, owning and operating three net branch offices across the Midwest. He also served as a Market Consultant for Specificity Inc., where he developed data-driven marketing strategies that improved customer engagement and conversions.
Earlier in his career, Mark held engineering and program management roles at Ford Motor Company, contributing to the launch of the Ford Escape and Ford Mustang SVO programs while training engineering graduates in CAD design.
A Stage IV cancer survivor and former USPA-licensed skydiver with more than 300 jumps, Mark brings resilience, innovation, and a results-driven mindset to every client relationship, helping businesses achieve sustainable, long-term success.
